Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to the nature of books and printed materials, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing pages, has printing defects, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue when contacting us.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because books are printed products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong item

• No longer wanting the item

• Accidental purchases

• Minor color variations caused by screen settings

• Items showing signs of use, damage, writing, or wear after delivery

• Sale items

• Gift cards

Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need a replacement, please contact us at aabdikitab@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or because the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
